Luxury and veganism may seem like an unlikely pair, chefs and veganism may seem like an unlikely pair but we love testing the boundaries.  Last year we created three fully vegan weddings (see some example dishes below) and catered for hundreds of vegans and in 2024, this looks set to increase .  We are on a mission to ensure that all wedding feasts – including those which are vegan – are made up of masterpiece dishes, crafted with precision and passion, using only the finest ingredients.  This means that our plant-based offerings need to be as delicious-sounding and tasting as our meat and fish dishes helping guests make easier, conscious choices about including a veggie or vegan canapé, starter, main or pudding on their menu.
In a world where sustainability is paramount, we are set to use January for creating new and exciting vegan dishes as the next step towards our dedication to reducing our footprint.  By incorporating sustainable practices into our event catering, we aim to set a new standard for events that are not only visually stunning but also aligned with the values of modern, mindful consumers.
