Winter 2016 is looking busy! Not only are we hosting pop ups across the Cotswolds, but we’re also attending five retail shows. Starting on the 27th October, and finishing on the 27th November, it’s sure to be a fun packed month!
Before I carry on, I would just like to apologise, as I’m about to use the ‘C’ word…Christmas. It was bound to come up sooner or later! The first retail show we’ll be appearing at is the Cheltenham Christmas Gift & Fashion Fair, from Thursday 27th October till the 29th October. This event showcases 150 top quality companies, promoting their products which would make the perfect gift. Whether it be homeware, clothing, art or festive food, there is something for everyone. The fair is in support of Sue Ryder, who provide exceptional care to those people with complex needs and life-threatening illnesses across the UK and internationally. Not only is this an incredible event, but it also supports an amazing charity.
The Spirit of Christmas retail show follows shortly after Cheltenham, running for a whole week, from the 31st October to the 6th November. This week of yule tide festivities, will undeniably get you in the Christmas spirit. With workshops showing you how to decorate your home at Christmas, and exploring the many companies with a variety of gifts, you’ll find everything you need under one roof! If you find yourself exhausted by the abundance of Christmas products, then you can always retreat to the champagne bar to unwind, or have bite to eat in the food hall. A whole week of Christmas, what could be better?
If you thought you couldn’t get merrier, you were wrong! We’re also featuring at the Festive Gift Fair at the NEC Birmingham. A huge number of brands will be appearing at the venue, and presenting their creations ranging from toys to gifts for pets! With visitors travelling from far and wide, the atmosphere is sure to make this event a true seasonal celebration! Additionally, there will be performances throughout the event, with talents such as The Glamophones, City of Birmingham Choir, Che Chesterman and many more. Santa will also be making an appearance at the Festive Gift Fair, as always, and he’ll be revelling in the atmosphere, and can’t wait to be surrounded by people just as excited for Christmas as he is!
If we weren’t already topped up on Christmas spirit, we’re pretty sure this will be the icing on the cake. The fourth retail show we’ll be featured at, is the Blenheim Living Crafts fair held at Blenheim Palace, Woodstock. The Living Craft fair will host a number of businesses, selling products which include knitwear, photography, toys, jewellery and festive treats. You can also explore the grounds, by upgrading your ticket. No location is as magical, or truly stunning as Blenheim Palace in Winter. The frost transforms this already spectacular piece of history, into a twinkling, fairytale-like castle. Walk along the shining paths, and gaze at the acres of glistening grass. You should come see for yourself as we make an appearance their from the 17th November, till 20th November.
Our final retail show that we’ll be showing our products, the perfect gifts for foodies, will be at the BBC Good Food Show, Birmingham. We’re incredibly excited about this event, due to the amazing experiences we’ve had there before. Every year, we notice a number of extraordinary products from other brands, that really impress and inspire us, and every year the products get more and more intriguing. This event is a great day out, and the amount of amazing discoveries you’ll make are endless. With it being close to Christmas, the amount of gifts on offer will be colossal! It’s a great excuse to enjoy yourself, and get the Christmas shopping done! Not only is there amazing food, but also live shows hosted by a variety of celebrity chefs, such as Mary Berry, James Martin, Raymond Blanc, Nadiya Hussain and many more! This experience is not one to be missed. Make sure you book tickets for the 24th-27th November.
